Clearly, Magic Touch is one of the best templates we have come across recently. It has a spacious content area with two right sidebars. The color combination and contrast is excellent. The template is not free and a fee of $50 is charged for using it on unlimited blogs.

Unnamed

Xu Yiyang, a Chinese designer has created this template. So busy was he that he didn’t have time to christen his work.

Jokes apart, Unnamed is an all white 3-column theme with blue header and a black tab. The theme looks good from the outset but gives an impression that a lot of work hasn’t gone into the theme.

Zen 2.0

Very nicely done! Zen has a Japanese touch to it with minimal colors providing ample contrast to the theme. A good theme to have if you want a flavor of Japan.

Here’s a perfect theme for Red Necks. No confusions with sidebars, comments, pages, single posts, widgets and gravatars. This one column Wordpress theme is probably one of the most simplest ones I have come across, but hey, its got AJAX.

Thematic

Thematic is probably one of the most easy-to-use themes and offers plenty of customization through widgets. A+. Recommended for all those 2-column freaks. It would be really great if a 3-column Thematic theme is released as well.

Elegance

This free WordPress theme has a very cool Javascript text loader in the header. It’s a nice looking two column theme with the sidebar on the right. Comes with PSD source file to edit the theme to your liking.
