Extremely attractive and has potential to be an instant hit. The colors are not very hard on your eyes and at the same time, catchy. Sliding ads and AJAX tabs provide a sparkle to the theme.

I would be lying if I said that this is a great template with great features. This two column theme by Monji is a two column theme with very little to talk about its visual appeal.

Clearly, Magic Touch is one of the best templates we have come across recently. It has a spacious content area with two right sidebars. The color combination and contrast is excellent. The template is not free and a fee of $50 is charged for using it on unlimited blogs.

Xu Yiyang, a Chinese designer has created this template. So busy was he that he didn’t have time to christen his work.
Jokes apart, Unnamed is an all white 3-column theme with blue header and a black tab. The theme looks good from the outset but gives an impression that a lot of work hasn’t gone into the theme.

Very nicely done! Zen has a Japanese touch to it with minimal colors providing ample contrast to the theme. A good theme to have if you want a flavor of Japan.

Thematic is probably one of the most easy-to-use themes and offers plenty of customization through widgets. A+. Recommended for all those 2-column freaks. It would be really great if a 3-column Thematic theme is released as well.

Thematic comes with an in-built 3-column variation as well.

This free WordPress theme has a very cool Javascript text loader in the header. It’s a nice looking two column theme with the sidebar on the right. Comes with PSD source file to edit the theme to your liking.
